Karen is a sixth generation Oregonian.  Her family came to Oregon in the 1860’s by way of covered wagon and the Oregon Trail, where they homesteaded and mined for gold in the Applegate Valley.
As a teenager, Karen moved to southern California where she studied Merchandise Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.  After marrying a native Californian and starting a family, Karen returned to the Beaver State to be close to her extended family.  Although Karen still has a passion for fashion, her career took a more practical path and centered on small business management.  Her main focus has been non-profit accounting, which has helped fulfill her need to do something positive for the community.
“Working for the Law Office of Eden Rose Brown has allowed me to continue to help people from behind the scenes.  Knowing the firm’s goal is to help families recognize and protect their legacy, I believe the firm is not only a business, but a much needed service to the community.  Working with our team of dedicated and talented staff makes coming to work each day a pleasure!”
Karen lives in south Salem with her husband Edward, their three children Zack, Tanner, and Sadelle.  The family has two Australian Shepherds and loves to boat, fish and camp in our gorgeous state of Oregon.
